Erroneous distribution

Counting the computational potential of humanity, we can come to a startling fact. Our combined strength will allow to quickly finding a cure for most diseases, to explore different protein structure, to create a unique chemical elements. We can really fly to Mars and build a settlement there, and this planet is not the limit. We can create a flying vehicle; cost the city of the future, as we have seen them in the illustrations. But why is this not happening?

The era of consumerism was stronger than the potential benefits in the long run. The fact that we can provide a bright future then, does not look as tempting as an impulsive need right now. Consequently, the world is guided by those who are willing to pay, offering users far advanced goods. So whether it is possible to change the situation?

Whatever it was, the world is ruled not democracy and totalitarianism. We do not know what we want, so look at the manufacturers that offer products. They literally guess our desires, creating another smartphone Selfie stick, game console or another paid service. Why? Because it is much easier than creating the space program, or a cure for cancer.

Everything depends on us, is to create a demand. Not to express themselves on the network pages are not in the pursuit of fashion. A robust development and progress for the benefit of mankind, is what is the key to a successful future. Will it happen? It depends on us.
