Prerequisites for the development

Carl Jung said that human consciousness has not yet emerged. But what are the prerequisites for this?
Biologically, man is the pinnacle of evolution, the fittest species, living on earth. Our opportunities are great, the power in the world (among other species) is absolute, and the strength and persistence with which we are changing the face of the planet, stagger the imagination. But how long can it and will it last? And if we really are on top form, after which there will be nothing?
Evolution is a process that is happening right now. We are exposed to changes in the environment, a number of incentives and stimuli, factors that alter a person's world. Moreover, there is an array of elements, zones, areas of knowledge, about which we do not have the slightest idea.
The evolution of the human mind is far from perfect. It said Carl Gustav Jung, at the beginning of the last century. We arbitrarily created "the unconscious and subconscious", "black holes", "black" matter and energy. By this we mean that we have no knowledge about this field. We do not know what there is and what is not there. But we can learn if we take action. Ultimately, that is what made us human. But it can turn into something more than a man?
