Follows the lives of insects, we can easily find some mechanisms in their biology, which can be compared to human development. In this analogy, held in the framework of ontogeny and phylogeny, moreover, affect the same social and cultural development.
Man differs from the insect, a greater degree of individualism and, of course, intelligence. But there are similarities. The man, like many insects, is part of the social mechanism. We live in different groups, and even if there are fans of a single life, it is rather the exception than the norm. But the purpose of article is not rendering a wide range of analogies, and paying attention to one very interesting process.
Many insects living life in three periods. As larvae, they pass the stage of "chrysalis" and become a full-fledged "imago," a living being, with new features. Particularly striking differences can be traced by comparing the same larvae (caterpillars) to get the product development (butterfly).
A distinctive feature is that the purpose of the larvae - the maximum accumulation of nutrients. It is a pure consumer who eats, for growth and for the sake of growing consumption. It is typical behavior for people. Since the era of antiquity, when the cult of consumption was overestimated to a maximum of (actual feathers for tickling throats - as an example), and to the present day, when consumerism is promoted and becomes a cult.

We are very similar to those of most tracks, but for some reason do not want to move to the next stage of evolution. Do not benefiting, we senseless perish, unable to see beyond their own capabilities. Only deciding to desperate measures, we are able to bring himself to find opportunities that previously imagined absurd and create a new form of life.
