Low living
standards and access to high technology creates an indelible contrast in
culture and daily life of modern man. For us, it becomes familiar and natural
to watch the plasma TV in the slums, hostels, plastered with satellite dishes;
people do not know how to survive on low salaries, but with the latest model
phones. The world of amazing contrasts. And is our future?
Medical
treatment is available for the masses. The standard of living is gradually
rising, but those products are demonized because of the use of GMOs entering
the market. Man enshrines the status of smart engineer, not a mad scientist.
Artificial intelligence is gradually part of our lives; a neural network is
made available as a tool for entertainment. But is there any place to the same
person, who was born 30-50-70 years ago, in this marvelous world?
The world
is changing faster than many have time to adapt. Many are forced to live or
under constant stress, or away from the source of civilization. Are we stuck in
the last century or go further, beyond the horizon of technology? Addressed
only to us.
