Fear of rationality

Our world is irrational, as people, most of them inclined to submit to the emotions rather than the voice of reason. Indeed, our instincts are more aware that the need for survival, and, acting on their call, we seem to be a more "humane".
Emotions are the spice of life "tone" and force us to perform certain actions. They are quoting the level of attachment to certain people, a sense of duty, fear, frustration, and in accordance with these feelings, we find a assessment of the actions.
The rationality and calculation, more violent and natural, rather than feelings. The most terrible and at the same time a fair example, we can see in medicine. Thanks to modern science, we were able to save sick children, to ensure the life of those who have died in the natural world. Very often, we see signs, to rescue those who are condemned to death. And is it possible to guarantee that the operation, medication or therapy will effect?
If the act purely rationally, keeping nature, it is necessary to stop to rescue people whose vital signs are below a certain standard. Enter the number of diseases, and if the elimination of the symptoms a person falls under the category of "not able-bodied," "not useful", is to stop trying to save him.
The problem is that feelings and emotions are beneficial to man. Acting in accordance with them, we can get more enjoyment, more fun and more benefits than merely counting the possible prospects. As stated previously, "pure reason not care whether he is alive or not." The rational conclusions can push the idea "not being wanted" itself as an element of nature. Without emotion, we turn into a spineless puppet who do not know, something to live for.
