Start of evolution

Our consciousness is able to monitor any action. It all depends on their understanding of the principles and establishing control. We can consciously slow the breathing, heartbeat speed up, wiggle his ears. We can control the muscles, but why do we need to apply this power? It is much easier to memorize any action and leave it on automatic level. That's how we stay at the same level of development. But in order to move on, we need a quality incentive.

Development begins with understanding certain situations. At one point, we begin to realize that the events do not suit us. We tried to change their lifestyle, behavior, environment. We are in a stressful condition, as we understand that this is not good, but nothing we can do about it. Or we can, but do not want or do not know how.

There are lots of theories about personal growth, self-development and to achieve the right goals. Many of them are contradictory, many successful, many only serve to stretch resources. Unified approach to development - no. It all depends on what goal we set ourselves, by what means possess, and how this relates to our environment. It is these three components and determine the foundation on which we must build.

With the development of man as a species, we have own one component. It means to carry out research, experiments, to interfere with the body and try to change it. Moreover, there are people who want it. Each pursues different motives, but the overall goal has been formed and its achievements - it is only a matter of time. The only thing that will always resist the development of this external environment. Even the inner circle will oppose growth. After all, if our background, they will seem less significant.

Start begins with awareness. With the need to be better with the need for change. Someone sees it and starts to act. Someone is ignored and remains in the same position. Ultimately, those who have chosen their way of perfection, do not seek to prove their superiority. Silently makes a selected business and achieve even more exaggerated. Those who rejected the development, will have to try to understate the success of others, thereby exalting themselves "on the pedestal of public opinion."

Realizing the opportunity, to determine the goals and confronting society, each of us can become something big. But will it?
