Forced segregation

The growth of the world’s population, as well as the development of technology, provides a wide range of opportunities for different research and discovery. In any field of science, we can explore the different problems, such as pretending to their computing devices and creating special landfills. The only problem is that some research can be dangerous both for the staff and for humanity as a whole.
With the development of technologies with the same rate, there is a risk of threats from private individuals. Technological Singularity has not yet been achieved, but the conditions of its appearance gives chances today, the creation of private projects in very limited space within. A fan with a powerful computer and acquired resources are able to create a good chemistry laboratory that would jeopardize not only his life but the lives of neighbors and relatives.
Of course, security measures are constantly reviewed and adjusted. The world is controlled, but it does not relieve us of the risks. Sooner or later, but it will raise the issue of the division of humanity and the possibility of transferring some projects off the planet. Perhaps this is done not for the sake of safety, and for the sake of greater efficiency in the development and progress.
