Today, the
progress is developing rapidly as ever, and its products affect everyone, from
living people. But the world is not moving crowd of people and individuals
interested in achieving personal goals. Geniuses, they see the world
differently, allow it to evolve and improve. The rest, carefully monitor the
stability and "vitality" of our planet. After all, the excesses in
progress can turn out as good or as a substantial loss among the population.

implants that little increase human potential. They advocate voluntary,
