Having
consciousness puts us in the position previously unavailable to any living
being. We can contemplate the world; understand the causes and effects of
various phenomena; understand that everything happens for objective reasons.
However, our position will remain subjective. We will see himself in the center,
a man, who climbed to the top of evolution and was fixed on it as a supreme
being.
Yes, it is
possible that in the universe there are other organisms. But hope for their
help - it is senseless. Hope and faith contribute to the fact that a person
lowers his hands and idle there, where you can do something. Even meaningless
at first glance, the action - can bring experience. But often, we have: a
strong, hardy, intelligent beings, prefer to give up on the verge of victory.
We do not
want to see some objective reasons. We do not want to fight, preferring to
"destiny" as a force that decides for us. Believing that life depends
on God, the universe of forces, mystical tendencies and destiny of rock, we
give up. Although our life, as our destiny, will always depend only on
ourselves.
