In one of
my previous posts rose theme for the diet. The bases of the diet went to slow
carbohydrates (as a reserve fuel) and were open threads about vitamins,
minerals, proteins, fats and other things.
But it is
no less important is the question regarding "healthy" aspect of food.
Very many, begin the path of self-improvement, leaning toward vegetarianism as
the sole source of healthy food.
Vegetarianism
is really helpful. This system provides for the absence of consumption of
products harmful fats, avoiding cooking in ways that are harmful to the
digestive system (fried, char grilled food) and close monitoring of receipt of
useful elements. Proper balanced diet is really capable of replacing the usual
diet, to save people from the consumption of animal products.
Then what is
the main disadvantage of vegetarianism?
The first
negative, falls squarely on the shoulders of a man who wanted to become a
vegetarian drastically. When radical attitude, incorrect counting calorie foods
and not knowing their daily allowance, an aspiring vegetarian seriously risks
undermining health.
A second
disadvantage, some imbalance is diet. Yes, nature is a vegetable protein and
fat substitutes. Yes, they can be absorbed by the body at the level of proteins
and fats of animal origin do not contain cholesterol, residues of chemicals to
increase body weight and other harmful elements. But it is necessary to take
into account the reaction of the organism to such a change of diet.
If we are
nice and comfortable to comply with such a diet, so - okay. But if you begin a
health problem - it is a different story.
General
advice for the novice vegetarian, will wish to stock up on vitamin complexes,
fish oil, and even sports nutrition (focuses on creatine).
A
vegetarian diet is unusual body. There will be various side effects, and from
the need to be rid of. 95% of the successful application of vegetarianism,
depends on the power of the plan, the analysis of the body, counseling and
routine meal. It is not necessary to change the diet mindlessly. The systematic
and planned approach - is the key to success.
