I very often write in a blog that man is part of nature. Matter acts as a carrier and protector of intelligence, and of its state - depends on the life of the subject. This post is dedicated to the methods of physical perfection, and here is the cornerstone of bodybuilding.
The word means "body structure". It is a mistake to understand that the "structure" is sure to increase. The structure means a first setting operation of all the systems, and then - increasing muscle.
