Fragility technologies

The question will be not only the fragility of particular products, but also the entire process to ensure the prosperity and development of the human species. We survive on the lump of clay that rushes through the vacuum and protected from a small layer of air and the electromagnetic field. The uniqueness of each of us - it is very difficult to overestimate. In billions of light years away, we are the one and only instance representing a humanity.

Our ancestors were born and died, and not having a tenth of the knowledge available to us. Some of them have successfully compensated for this lack of diligence, united and unshakable power and architectural masterpieces that have survived to the present day. Wall of China and the Pyramids of Egypt - the most obvious heritage of antiquity, demonstrating the persistence and cruelty, erected on the altar of human greatness.

Now we are building skyscrapers, creating a projection of ideas, which formed the basis of the Exaltation of the Tower of Babel. We build processors manipulating individual atoms ligaments, erecting machines based on them that all the dirty work doing a man.

Keeping in mind a certain way, we are primitive times to implement them. At first, we did it through our bodies. Fingers drove across the sand, picking up threads, hand sacrificed animals. Later - we have to create tools that facilitate our work. Naturally, any new product was seen as something disgusting and unnatural.

Papyrus admitted hundreds of times worthlessness weighty and sturdy plates. The roundness of the Earth was the reason for burning. The first book by an incomprehensible machine (and therefore of the devil cleverly) recognized devilry and burnt together with the writer and his assistants.

This is the case now. Books, in the last century, "damage to the eyes and cause blindness." Later - their place was taken by television, which also contributed to a decrease in mental abilities. Place the TV took the computer, which absorbed all the illnesses and hardships of mankind, from poor posture and ending oncology because of constant exposure to radiation.

Now we can afford to say that we understand the technology. What it really is safe when used properly. What modern screens are adjusted by the user (if it is indeed the user, not the user) for its own needs. But radiation from technology companies try to minimize the sake of increasing efficiency (as a minimum).

We are very close to the issue, which will solve all the progress and the future of all mankind. We can avoid the introduction of techniques directly into human tissue. We can make our body the best, effective development. But there will always be those who do not understand such interference or unwilling to understand.

Technology can be destroyed, you can slow down the progress, or even reverse it. But the idea that technology is intertwined with the human body and lead to the Singularity, will not fade away. And it's happening now.
