On the way

matter whether we throw smoke or start to run in the mornings; go to the gym or
read 10 pages a day. In any case, we have to include the power of will, for

themselves, tricking the brain. A typical example: do not put sugar in your
tea, but at the end of the day to eat a couple of rolls, biscuits or cakes.

improvement is the basis of our pride. Enough to treat complicated things as
something such that restrains a person. It should look differently, because we
are so strong, hardy and excellent to be able to endure such hardships. It is
necessary to rely on a sense of pride and a desire to dominate (only natural).
We can, in contrast to the rest of the people, allow yourself to experience the
complexity and difficulty. While the others stuffed their bellies, we can
control the flow of nutrients. As long as someone is lying on the sofa, we can
find the strength and go to the gym, because we are the best.
Diet,
abstinence, concentrating efforts - is proof of our superiority over others.
Perceiving them as status items, it will be much easier to perform complex
tasks. Use it in your life, or not, the decision is only for each of us.
