Pareto's
law states that in 80% of the time, we do only 20% of the work. And for the
remaining 20% of the time - 80% of the work. Obviously, where we start to
work with full dedication, success increases proportionally. The fiercely we
put in the case, the greater the progress and results are expected of us in the
final. But should we be constantly on the verge of perfecting and honing
favorite thing? Not always.
Proper rest
is vital. If we are constantly working on the wear, it does not become easier.
On the contrary, risk driven into a grave, and buried along with the body and
the product, for which the work was going on. Proper rest is not relaxing and
not getting pleasure. This is a sound approach, the purpose of which is
becoming a resource acquisition, to be able to continue to continue work. A
walk up to your favorite song, physical exercise, reading a book or sleep. But
the rest can be longer.
We are not
talking about a trip to the sea or the marathon for virtual worlds. Most of
hanging out with family, friends, a small tour ... Rest is not intended for the
purpose of demonstrating the status or gaining pleasure. We are looking for,
and gain new experience and knowledge, which will eventually be applied in the
field of interest.
The total
return is required when the "running out" time. In all other cases,
it depends on our choice.
