Transhumanism
provides improvement opportunities through artificial intervention. We can
afford to intervene in the work of the body, carefully debugging functions and
enhancing performance. But how far are we willing to go in the path of
continuous improvement? Are we ready for the fact that progress will change our
essence, make the metamorphosis not only in body but also in mind? And how
desperate we are ready to resist improvement?
The problem
is that we are afraid of imaginary fears. The progress that is rapidly speeding
around the world that threatens everything to which we are accustomed.
Conformity and stereotypes prevent us come to something greater. And, if
earlier loyalty to tradition was justified, but today it is more than wrong.
They say:
"do not know the past, we cannot move into the future." But, just the
same past and hinders progress. How can we move forward, if you constantly look
back? We mistakenly believe that our current state, it's the best thing we can
come. We see ourselves as the ideal, perfect and do not see any reason why that
would be better. This is killing us.
Time to
begin to move forward, reinterpreting ideals, not rejecting, and wisely using
all the experience of generations. We can create a world in which will be a
place for all of us. But does create?
