The world
produces incredible stress, loading them to each of us. Massive amounts of
information, unnatural signals increasing pace and constant competition can
lead to frustration. Irritation is accumulated and, unable to embody, literally
chew us from within. Problems with the nerves, cardio vascular disease,
digestive problems are only the most obvious effects of unexpressed anger. So
what can we do?
Sublimation
has been described by Sigmund Freud, as a way of "relaxation". In
fact, we are not so much important to finish or to solve a particular problem,
how to feel the very finish. We tend to choose exactly how to implement these
or other ambitions, ideas and desires. You can get bogged down in the family,
beat bulb in the hall or draw pictures.
This is not
about restraining the senses. The basis is the correct implementation of
desires. We are doing what is constructive. Create, not destroy. However, there
are many more resources, and what is necessary to adhere to - depends on us.
