Base food for transhumanist (Sports Supplements Part 1)

This post is dedicated to this controversial sources of nutrients as a variety of sports supplements. The question will be about the basic supplements that make sense to consume. Namely, protein, creatine, BCAA and individual amino acids. This addition is not considered as a gainer as its counterparts in the normal diet is sufficient. The same sugar, buckwheat or already are full gainer.
Protein. The protein is mainly composed of the twenty amino acids that enter our bodies from outside or are synthesized based on previously stocked components. From human muscle protein built, and it plays a direct role in our lives. After all, in spite of the rapid development progress, we still have the protein form of life.
Take protein for transhumanist makes sense during the day, between meals. Doing this is when intense physical or mental work, in conditions of stress, when there is no time to eat. Protein is no substitute for good nutrition, but can dull the hunger and satiate the blood of useful elements. If sports are present in the schedule of the week, you should think about buying a protein.
Creatine. The formulation produced in 70s of the last century. Increases strength and endurance, water accumulates in the cells produced in the body. Useful for those who practice vegetarianism or veganism for reasons of usefulness of the diet, rather than love for animals. Creatine is synthesized from animal meat, but it is thoroughly cleaned and sold as a finished product. This powder is not soluble in water. Normally it take a course in 1 month and then purge, for 2-3 months. In large doses it is harmful to the kidneys and cause seizures. If you are a vegetarian - consult your doctor before taking the drug thereof.
