Narrow AI

Artificial intelligence - one of the greatest creations of post-industrial phase of human development. The mass of myths, fears and hopes, associated with these two words. We are afraid of the AI, as not able to predict his actions, or unable to understand the principles of operation. Many people are forced to use products of our time, as their company makes. Many gladly would forego computers to learn not to use them. Technique is credited, almost human qualities, trying to find an explanation for its work. (This refers to a wide segment of the population that does not have time to follow the progress).
Artificial intelligence is, at this point, based on the clusters of interconnected single link. As part of a research project, it copies the work of the brain, simulating various processes in human consciousness.
But the beginnings of AI may be traced in household appliances. Cortana and Siri, two bright representatives of "consumer AI." Programs already in place in the smartphone and the PC, and give owners more convenient access to information.
More curious is the analysis of "smart homes." The whole system of various devices connected into one whole, whose goal - to help a man and take care of it. All of this - the beginnings of artificial intelligence, which is gaining momentum in the spread and popularity in the world. Those same "cluster" process the information and storing it for later use. How this can be used in the future, nobody knows. But the architecture of the system allows at any time to turn it into a sentient being.
