The total amount of knowledge of the people involved in the scientific field, at times exceed the knowledge of the best minds of humanity who lived before us. We own the exclusive technologies to build incredible theories and simulate the results of experiments. Our theoretical knowledge broad and ramified, and the number of theories and hypotheses is growing every day. The effect of the circle, which is expanding in the mass of the unknown. And what it is, the more "unknown" falls into our perception.

Accumulating pure knowledge, we are deprived of an important nuance, which plays an important role in the development of mankind. We are afraid to translate theory into practice. For some of them require volunteers. Part - is frowned upon, since it contradicts the ethics and morality. And it turns out that our laws "coexistence in society," hurt our progress in science.

Evolutionary development puts human frame, in which he had either improved or die. It is enclosed in the borders of social norms, so we do not put strict conditions. The challenge for scientists - progress without sacrifice. But such a development can take more time than it took from evolution.

Of course, if the science will develop only in the civilized countries in the framework of the "ethical" practices. In a country ruled by a dictatorship, and where there is a need for radical improvement of the human (whether "pumped" Soldier, Spy, genius or any other person, depending on the request of a particular person), no one will think about the ethics of choice. Of course, it is limited to a number of material resources.

We refrain from the use of certain additives, GMOs, new approaches to surgery and other innovative interventions that carry risks and are contrary to the usual methods. They will always be present some "side effects", and society will always take their "hostility."

But there are ideas that justify the existence of certain victims. There are people willing to risk their lives if there is a chance for salvation. Always, at any ideology and any decision will be the percentage is low, ready to go against society. Is it sensibly and rationally - it is impossible to say in advance. One thing is clear, great things - requires sacrifice. So far, there is no need to sacrifice anything, or anyone.
