These people were not afraid to take a risk and create something that is now used by millions. The question in the opposite direction: "What did they have, what we do not have?".

Courage and initiative. That's the kind of person who moves the power of initiation, and is able to move mountains to achieve brilliant success. Such people are the match that fuels a huge bonfire. But why the majority is not capable of such achievements?

Geniuses are often single, specific (indeed specifically) look at the world. Loneliness, as a form of existence, is extremely useful for the development of a strong personality. What is the secret? The secret is laying greater responsibility. Single person - responsible for everything. He is responsible for each step, word, thought. Everything that happens to him - it is a consequence of his actions.

Social relieved of responsibility. Think, perhaps we will not run from it? In the big city, how quickly help arrived to the man lying in the bushes? Who wants to take responsibility for his life? We quickly get rid of it, developing a cult rights. Everyone is ready to assert rights as the supreme value. The state apparatus: the police, the army, rescue service, health care, schools, gardens ... All this was created to remove the responsibility from our shoulders. Police protects from "relatives" army "from the neighbors," rescue service - from misery and the list goes on.

Humanity is evolving, taking the responsibility to large masses, thereby freeing their potential for other activities. What? Rest, relaxation and work. We do not work, waiting for an attack or shot in the back. Not afraid of what will die from the flu, a broken arm or leg. We know that aid is somewhere nearby. It gives us security and cozy comfort, with no place for development. It is sufficient to meet the basic needs and live a (seemingly) for fun. It's not bad. This is the meaning of life and it deserves its right to exist. It is ideal conservatism and stability, which form the foundation of security.

But unless progress is possible without the risk?
