It
is hard to believe that the benefits to mankind will multiply in the future. We
draw a gray future, in which each of us could hardly consider glimpses of
happiness. Our lives are historically evolved so that we were forced
increasingly to survive rather than live. What kind of pleasure, comfort and
consumption can be discussed during the war, hunger and cold? And it is now
home to mankind, for most of its development.
We
have progressed in order to survive. Scientific development was put in the
basis not only for the fact that to satisfy the need for knowledge of how to
find ways to destroy the enemy and to feed themselves. In such circumstances,
progress is moving along very narrow gauge competition in military affairs.
The
first place was for the formation of the scientific way of thinking, it became
a monastery. It created the conditions under which freed a significant
proportion of time for reflection. Moreover, this monastery houses a variety of
books, thus simplifying access to knowledge. Prior to that, science has
developed an extremely chaotic, based on the original "inspiration",
and to establish a causal relationship has been extremely difficult.
We
continue to develop and improve just because we need it. Our imperfection,
serves the foundation for further progress. Can we predict the further
development of mankind? I think that we have every right to it. In recent
years, the question of development as a factor that does not rise at all. It
increasingly is limited by the rate of progress, and everyone who is involved
or feel changes in the development, can attest.
We
are not in a "blind spot." But our speed is insufficient for our
abilities. Each of us can contribute to the development, while making the least
effort. Grants, projects, research - and this is just a small list of the
methods that can encourage progress. To accelerate it, and bring the desired
future.
Believe
in fate - to be in the nineteenth century, full of mysticism and miracles. But
to extrapolate the rate to base forecasts on objective facts and build a
theoretical hypothesis - a modern, scientifically justified. We can assume that
will be followed by the development of mankind. What is behind every scientific
breakthrough is happening today. And the conclusion is obvious.
We
are doomed to development, in all its forms and manifestations.
