Highest demand

Man is what he seeks, and that makes for this. The principle is simple: because our work is an excellent marker for the society. It is for our deeds and their results - a verdict. Of course, this is not one hundred percent probability. Man is complex, multifaceted, excellent. We can adapt in different ways to collect the attributes, modify the identity, to find different ways of self presentation and demonstration of yourself as a person. But version described above works in most cases. Yes, it is difficult to understand the person, but it's worth a try, and it fits perfectly in most activities.

So what do we want? What man wants - it is difficult to say. Probably because we are a person with very different demands, requirements, tastes, social experience and culture education. It should refer to Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

If a person aims, it is for him something needed. From banal survival needs and protection to high requests in terms of love and fulfillment. Each step of the pyramid need to meet earlier. Yes, sometimes it can be ignored. For example: a person can to think much faster if hungry than when full. But this particular examples, for the full clarification of which would have to write complex scientific work.

Maslow puts self-realization as the highest need. Indeed, the most striking proof of this are teenagers. Parents meet some of their basic queries: food, protection, sleep, love. Sami teenagers socialize (in school, with friends), and puberty creates the need to find a partner. Support is provided from anywhere, and this is causing the behavior, appearance, and the radical thinking of the growing organism. Man changes and express themselves with a purpose - to find a place in the world. It would seem that the age from 13 to 18 years, could be considered to meet peak demands and the apogee of expression. But there is in the world that can not be improved.

In Maslow's hierarchy is to add another layer. Once enough people self activated, provide resources and meet all the needs, it begins to strive for more. Man turns from passive consumer to active "generator" and begins to do what is peculiar to man. Personality begins to change the world.

Higher demand after improving yourself is to improve the world. The man suddenly realizes that may be something to influence and interact with something. And here comes the turning point. It can either be developed further, with the support and satisfaction of the needs of the previous steps, or rolled back, as all the stages are too difficult to maintain.

Yes, each of us - a person. Yes, you need to develop their potential, strive for more and better. But for the sake of improving the development - a waste of time. The man - a social being. Our actions, if no use to society, useless for evolution. Happiness private, rarely translates into happiness social and personal example, and even motivating, but not for long.

To change the world, that's what we can do. And do not forbid myself to do it.
