Everyone
breathes air. The air is vital and without it we are able to live only a few
minutes. Yes, there are exceptions and different nuances, but in general,
remain in the mind, we can very briefly. Air is composed of several components,
but the most important are oxygen and nitrogen for us. The first - is directly
involved in ensuring the life of the organism, the second - makes it easy to
contract, pushing the exhaust carbon dioxide. Feature is that excess oxygen has
very useful properties. It allows the brain to function better, man becomes
easier to breathe, organs begin to work much more efficiently. But the abuse of
oxygen leads to poisoning of the body. Ultimately, we can die, breathing pure
gas. A similar situation with the means to relax.
The
civilized world allow to exist in a very comfortable atmosphere. Cheap,
delicious and cheap food, nice clothes. That is the basis of civilized
countries. At the same time, it is silent about the total control and the
maintenance of order, which is registered at all levels of social interaction.
But sooner or later, people will want some other way to stand out from the
crowd of well-fed and beautiful animals. We are getting a little entertainment,
and we begin to experience boredom. On the one hand, it is useful. Boredom
signals that we are doing something "not so" that our work is of no
value, as a result - we have it with something to replace it. But man,
accustomed to rest, do not agree to work with.
We
begin to want more, to aspire to new stimuli, and the world, we are happy to
represent them. It does not matter what level of prosperity, social circle and
the interests of a person. Each has its own bait and hook, which we did not
even notice. But the question now is whether it is sufficient resources for recreation?
Ultimately, a hot shower and a good night's sleep has always been the key to
successful regeneration. But do we need to restore them? No. We often believe
that "overworking" themselves. We think we deserve rest. Although
most often it is not. We are tired, using only a quarter of our potential. This
is akin to if every 5 hours, we would have an hour sitting in a room filled
with oxygen. Yes, great feeling. But the consequences for the body - very
unpleasant.
Our
world is not divided into specific "evil" and "good." All
intertwined and considered situationally. We easily accept the rules and does
not understand this, following the instincts of the body. Namely them and
deceiving the civilized world.
It
is necessary to correctly dose the "oxygen" of pleasure. Sometimes,
even artificially induce his need. By limiting yourself from excess pleasures,
we learn to rationally prioritize. Of course, the value of each has its own. Of
course, no one will agree to change a life, as one is sure that lives is absolutely
correct and true. But it is worth considering how often we allow ourselves to
redundancy pleasures, while completely ignoring the health needs?

as always, the choice we make only.
