Certain
characteristics, qualities and abilities - develop when they are needed. The
more often and harder, we use certain systems of the body, the stronger they
become. It is natural that for a caveman - muscle mass, strength and endurance
- were the determining factors for survival. Today, we appreciate adaptability,
intelligence and a number of personal characteristics. But what about the body
that remains an important repository of the mind?
Evolution
has taught us one thing - fanaticism is dangerous. Certain processes that are
functioning in the body are both harmful and useful at the same time. Drugs to
treat certain dose may or may kill the patient. So active lifestyle can
strengthen the cardiovascular system and contribute to myocardial infarction.
It is
important to decide with what is considered the most prerogative system.
Concentrate on their development; we are able to achieve maximum personal
effectiveness and to compensate for the defects that arise in the way of
achieving the goal. Degradation is a natural process of evolution, helping to
get rid of unnecessary elements in a complex biochemical machine body. But what
exactly it is deemed "unnecessary" and "defective" - to
choose for ourselves.
