Protection against himself

The man is still not the pinnacle of evolution. We are in the beginning, and the ultimate goal can be seen only through a dense fog. We strive for excellence, to something greater and more perfect, but in the race we run the risk of losing yourself. The world that surrounds us, is seen as a source of resources to meet the needs. And it all depends on which ones we set ourselves as the highest good. Do not biology, not the presence of the brain, not the ability to use objects, defines us as human. Our objectives and our activities - that's the objective criteria for evaluating human. But how many are suitable for them?

Living in a world filled with stereotypes, confessing primitive ideology, all day while in pursuit of false values, we do not prove a person's status. We just keep the status intelligent animal. Animals that are not able to live and to think independently. More precisely able, but not willing to do that. The reason is excessive resource consumed by the brain for its immediate operation. It is much more efficient to create algorithms and time to activate them on the basis of the circumstances than to regularly assess the circumstances and try to extract from them the maximum profit.

The peculiarity of our psyche that the maximum profit we do not need. We do not need efficiency, excellence and ideals. We are satisfied with the environment in which we find ourselves. Moreover, the terms of this medium can be completely different for everyone, but we will continue to experience pleasure and to abandon the changes for the better.

We are too aggressive, impulsive and selfish. We are looking for the technology, not for perfection, but for the sake of convenience, profit and entertainment. At the same time we use ten times more resources than necessary in reality. The goal is not true - gives an incorrect result. We go for the most obvious way, but it is not always correct. In pursuit of greater opportunities and freedom, we risk something more than our lives. And it is not about the chance of losing their "personality" in the body modification technique. No, it is that humanity will continue to meet only part of their needs, leveling the others. We will be equivalent to a monkey with a grenade, only the consequences could be much sadder ...

Man, perfect things, can destroy their creations. We know exactly "hot spots" and weak points of all that was created by us. Moreover, the information can always be extracted from available sources. Each can destroy the human species by using advances in science. And protection from it - is extremely weak.
