The mankind is still an element of nature, maintaining traction in a permanent, constant, stable. Drastic changes are not desirable for the human body and can carry harmful. This post is dedicated to the review of the latent ways of keeping active way of life, with the subsequent evolution.
Man, this is something with which it interacts. Our food, information, degree of involvement in the society. We take a lot of the world, what would be better, development, perfect. Or to satisfy desires.

On the Internet there are lots of different techniques, methods, programs on self-improvement. But they will all be meaningless set of characters as long as you do not answer the most important question: "Why do I need it?"
To create something needs drawing layout plan. Try to explain to myself why do you need to improve. As an example: to survive, to become healthier, stronger and change the world. The goal is to inspire, to give power to motivate.
Focus only on yourself. Comparing yourself with others trims your progress. "Become better than the neighbor, friend, acquaintance" - this objective limits. Become better himself. Better than I was yesterday - it is quite another matter.
When the chosen target, choose a starting point, it is necessary to put in a preparatory stage. The human body consists of several systems: cardiovascular, nervous, muscular, etc. All of these systems must operate under development. They provide life to the fullest. It is up to them, success depends on the quantity.
What can contribute to the development of systems?
The daily routine, proper nutrition, exercise.
First of all, before the regime change, diet and lifestyle should make one important step. Go to the local doctor. Take general analyzes, evaluate the state of the body. With information about the body, you can successfully modify it.
